The buyer offers a price for 1 ton without VAT.
The seller of wood mass is the company Satis d.o.o., Miramarska cesta 24, 10000 Zagreb. The cut down and pulled out logs are located on the forest road in the Jelaš forest.
The ramp – entrance to the Jelaš forest, where the logs are stacked, is located on the Vukovar – Tovarnik road.
The classification of wood mass was performed by HŠ d.o.o, Vukovar Forestry, and the supervision and shipment of wood mass will be performed by the same forestry, in accordance with the concluded contracts for the purchase of wood mass.
The wood mass can be viewed in agreement with the Vukovar Forestry, from 18th October until 26th October, 2022, and the date must be arranged via tel. number: +385 92 340 9785.

Subsequent complaints about the quality of the wood mass will not be accepted.
The stated amount of energy wood is estimated and may differ from the actual amount. In the event that the final amount of wood mass is smaller or larger than estimated, it will not have any consequences for the Seller.
Wood pulp is delivered in tons. The calculation is based on the actual delivered quantities, based on the weight of each individual truck. The buyer submits the data about the shipment within two days to the e-mail: zvonimir.arvay@satis.hr
The customer will pay the estimated wood mass of energy wood in advance according to the ratio 1 m3 = 1 ton. The Seller will return any overpaid amount after the settlement has been completed to the Buyer within three days. Likewise, the Buyer will pay the Seller any underpaid amount before the delivery of the last quantities no later than three days before the day of collection. The buyer undertakes to take over all the amount of wood mass above
the estimated amount equal to the above conditions.
None of the prices at the auction include VAT.
